If you need to order imageable proximity (access control) cards instead of simple photo ID cards, please contact Keri Customer Service at 1-800-260-5265 or badging@kerisys.com, or contact your current security system vendor or dealer so they can place this order for you.

When you're ready to design your badges, Keri offers two solutions. The Express Method allows you to choose one of our pre-designed badging styles (called templates) as a starting point. We can then include several items, including your company logo, the card-holder photo and name and even their department or title. This is the fastest and easiest way available to create your own custom security badges. Just a few clicks and you are done with your design!

Alternatively, you can design your own badge. Just download thisCustom Badge Template Instructions & Order Form (in Adobe Acrobat PDF format) which contains all the details you'll need, and then send the completed forms to us (by FAX or delivery) along with your order (which can be placed online, by phone, delivery or FAX)

The most commonly required supplemental files that we need to process your ID card order are as follows:

• List of card-holder names in some sort of delimited format (like an Excel spreadsheet or text file)
• Digital Photos of your card-holders (if required)
• Your company/organization logo or artwork to be included on the cards

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a few specific requirements in terms of how these items should be prepared, formatted and sent to us, so please see our page on preparing your order-related supplemental files.

This process generally takes up to 5 weekdays, but depends on how quickly we receive all the supplemental files and approvals of badge samples from you after you have submitted your order. Re-Orders can be processed even quicker. Also, please let us know if you require any expedited order processing or express shipping options when we contact you to verify your order details.

Absolutely! Simply contact us at 1-800-260-5265 or badging@kerisys.com or use the Online Re-Order Form we've provided for your convenience! You only need the "Re-Order Number" from any previous Badging Bureau order/confirmation paperwork which we can reference. Send us any additional supplemental materials (new card-holder names and photos, etc.) along with the add-on/reorder and that's it!
