If you purchased through distribution, you must contact your distributor for all returns.

  • Complete this RMA form then return form to Keri by clicking Submit button. You will receive an acknowledgement that your form was received.
  • To request an advance replacement, material must be within warranty period and terms, and must include a technical support ticket #
  • If you are requesting credit, material must be within warranty period and terms.

RETURN TYPE (check appropriate request)

  • For an advance replacement of material, you must submit a new Purchase Order
  • You must provide your technical support ticket number
  • If material is in-warranty and defective –credit will be issued against the advance replacement
  • For an advance replacement if there is no tech support ticket number, you will be required to pay for the advance replacement in full if the product is out of warranty or there are no problems found.
